Phil Davis, Sr. Vice President & Investment Officer

Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Davis
was president of a family-owned business, H. Davis and Sons from 1969-1992. He continued his career
with Robinson-Humphrey Company from 1993-1995. Mr. Davis was with Synovus Securities from 1995-
2010 where he served as Vice President of Investments. Currently he serves as Financial Consultant and
Vice President of Investments with TNB Financial Services.
